Airtel going bonkers.

I am happy that Bharti Airtel is taking a beating. Airtel some how aged into a monopoly much faster than tradtitional businesses. Their tariff plans are pure arrogance. The worst part is this arrogance is inbuilt into the system.

Everything right from the Tariffs to Plans to Customer service reeks of this arrogance. I am happy that players like Docomo and Aircel are having some impact. Once a new stream of players come into the market I expect Airtel to loose the most subscribers, along with the dodgy BSNL.

As a mis-managed ex-airtel customer of 9 years, I will have my final laugh.


Ps: #Lesson: This is what happens when your customer is unhappy. The bugger goes and writes a blog post! LOL
